Singapore Swim School offers Lifesaving 123 courses at Woodlands Swimming Complex.
Lifesaving 1 Award
Aim: To impart preliminary skills and knowledge of water safety and land-based non-contact rescues.

Lifesaving 2 Award
Aim: To develop further preliminary skills and knowledge of water safety, resuscitation and land-based non-contact rescues.
​
Lifesaving 3 Award
Aim: To reinforce skills and knowledge of water safety, resuscitation and water rescue preparatory to the Bronze Medallion (BM).
​
Group Size: 6 – 10 students (class commences with minimum of 6 students)
Age Group: Minimum 13 years old
Pre-requisite: Gold award & above

Course Fee: $100 monthly, inclusive of notes and use of lifesaving equipment
Course Duration: 6 to 12 months, depending on swimming skills of students

Where children learn to swim together in groups. Do expect collaborative learning and harmonious interaction in our group classes for young swimmers. Widen their social circles- let your child interact, friendships will blossom!

Where adult swimmers learn proper swim techniques in groups. No matter the level of expertise of our adult swimmers, our coaches will provide a systemic learning process for all individuals in the class.

Where full-on attention is channeled into grooming our individual learners. Learners get to enjoy undivided coaching and correction by our coaches for the entire duration of all lessons.

Bronze Medallion Award (BM) Course
To establish a basic level of proficiency in knowledge, understanding and practical ability for aquatic rescue situations.

Resuscitation (CPR) Course
Aim: To provide practical experience in the lifesaving techniques of Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and related emergency care.
